Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items (such as the Armful Fam Hoodie), we back every order with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.　

Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if your order:

Arrives damaged
Is defective
Has a major quality issue
Is confirmed lost in transit

How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@armfulfam.com, or use the contact form on our website, within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. For approved refunds on the Armful Fam Hoodie, no return shipment is required unless we contact you to request one.

Non-Returnable Situations
Change of mind, incorrect size selection, minor cosmetic variations in color (due to screen display differences), or the product not matching personal expectations are not covered under this guarantee. As long as the item can be used as intended, it is considered to be functioning correctly. We encourage you to review our Size Guide before ordering.

Personalized Items (SafeTag Collar, SafeTag Leash, SafeTag Charm)

Because every SafeTag item is custom engraved just for your dog, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

If there's an error with the engraving on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@armfulfam.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll remake it and send you a corrected item at no extra cost. If your item arrives damaged, we'll make it right with a refund.

Armful Calm Hood 

 30-Day Calm Promise: If the Calm Hood isn't right for your dog within 30 days of delivery, contact hello@armfulfam.com and we'll issue a full refund. No return shipment is required.

Product Use & Liability

The Armful Fam Hoodie is designed to safely carry small pets when used as intended. We are not responsible for any injury, accident, or issue arising from improper use, lack of supervision, or negligence while carrying a pet in the product. Always support the pouch and never leave your pet unattended.
