PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Some of our products (including but not limited to SafeTag Collar, SafeTag Leash, and SafeTag Charm) are custom engraved or personalized based on information you provide at checkout, such as your pet's name and a contact phone number.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personalization details you submit are accurate and free of typos. Because these items are made to order specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or an error in the information you provided. If there is an engraving error caused by us, please refer to our Refund Policy for how we will make it right.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

PRODUCT USE AND LIABILITY (PET-CARRYING PRODUCTS)

Products such as the Armful Fam Hoodie are designed to safely carry small pets when used as intended. We are not responsible for any injury, accident, or issue arising from improper use, lack of supervision, or negligence while carrying a pet in the product. Always support the pouch and never leave your pet unattended.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Armful Fam and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service, without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Armful Fam operates from Japan, working with trusted manufacturing partners in the United States, China, and Japan to bring each product to life. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
