Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-12 business days, depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and factors such as holidays or weather conditions. For certain international destinations, delivery may take up to 31 days in some cases. We appreciate your understanding, and we're always working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update after this email is sent.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is covered by Armful Fam. In rare cases where the actual cost of shipping to a specific destination would result in a loss for us, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If this occurs, you will be notified in advance and fully refunded.

Delays
