Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe for my pet?

Yes — the CuddlePouch is designed to hold your pet gently and securely. The inner pouch supports their whole body, so they rest snugly instead of dangling, and the round face window gives them fresh air and a full view of you the whole time.

A few tips for the coziest, safest cuddles:

Zip the pouch closed slowly with both hands, and make sure no fur or paws are caught in the zipper.
Keep one hand under your pet when you lean forward or bend down.
Stay with your pet while they're in the pouch, and let them out for a stretch whenever they seem restless.

With a little care, the pouch becomes their favorite spot: warm, close, and right by your heart.

How big can my pet be?

The CuddlePouch fits small dogs and cats up to 9 kg / 20 lb — any breed. It's also perfect for puppies of medium and large breeds while they're still little enough to cuddle.

If your pet is close to the limit, a larger hoodie size gives the pouch a little more room. You can check the sizing chart for the best fit, or email us at hello@armfulfam.com and we'll gladly help you choose.

How does the pocket work?

It's simple and gentle. The arched zipper above the round face window is the top opening of the pouch.

Here's how to tuck your pet in:

Slide both zipper pulls down and apart along the arch to open the pouch from the top.
Lower your pet in gently from above, hind legs first, until they're cozy inside.
Slide both pulls back up until they meet at the top center to close it.

Once they're settled, your pet can pop their head out through the round window and stay snuggled against you.
